Peyton Thompson Burton 
Peyton Thompson was born on February 21st, 1807. Peyton Thompson's father was Blackman Burton and his mother was Jinsey Yancy "Jinny" Saxon. His paternal grandparents were Henry Burton and Anne Elam; his maternal grandparents were Hugh Saxon and Mary Langdon. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Allen, Henry J., Ausburn, Blackman L., German Francis, James Davis, Lucinda, Louisa Marion , Adeline, Adeline Mary and Jane Wallace. He was the oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 81 on March 6th, 1888.-
