Thomas Searcy 
Thomas was born on January 28th, 1767 in Granville County,NC.1 Thomas' father was Colonel Reuben Searcy and his mother was Susanna Henderson. His paternal grandparents were John Searcy and Phoebe Anderson; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Henderson and Elizabeth Williams. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Asa, Bennett, Robert, William Washington, John, Sarah, Henrietta, Elizabeth and Polly. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He had four half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Reubin, Jesse, James, Richard, Susan, Penelope, Jane and Harriet. He died at the age of 77 in 1844.2 -
