Susan Searcy 
Susan was born on October 29th, 1780.1 Susan's father was Colonel Reuben Searcy and her mother was Susannah Elizabeth Jett. Her paternal grandparents were John Searcy and Phoebe Anderson. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Reubin, Jesse, James, Richard, Penelope, Jane and Harriet. She was the oldest of the eight children. She had six half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Asa, Bennett, Thomas, Robert, William Washington, John, Sarah, Henrietta, Elizabeth and Polly. She died at the age of 38 on September 16th, 1819.1 -
