Lady Helen Rognvaldsdatter Of The Isles 
Helen was born in 1174 in Galloway Wigtownshire Scotland. Helen's father was Lord Rognvald (Reginald) Somerledsson Of The Isles and her mother was Fonia De Moray. Her paternal grandparents were Somerled Gillebridesson and Princess Raghildis Olafsdoittir Of Man; her maternal grandparents were Ranulf Ranulph De Moray and Bethoc De Galloway. She had four brothers and a sister, named Olavus, Donald, Roderick, Dugall and Somerled. She was the third youngest of the six children. She had two half-brothers named Ruari and Donald. She died at the age of 38 in 1212.General Notes
