Mary Peoples 
Mary was born in 1806 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.1 Mary's father was John Peoples and her mother was Lucretia Murrell. Her paternal grandparents were Nathan Peoples and Margaret Kelsay; her maternal grandparents were Richard Murrell and Mary Ann Mabry. She had five brothers and seven sisters, named John, Nathan, Richard, Samuel, Andrew Jackson, Nancy Jane, Ann, Margaret, Elizabeth, Lucretia, Sarah and Frances. She was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 49 in 1855 in Meigs County, Tennessee.1 -
