Alexander Combest 
Alexander was born on November 3rd, 1811 in Kentucky.1 Alexander's father was Samuel D. Combest and his mother was Sarah Dick. His paternal grandparents were John Combest and Ann \\; his maternal grandparents were John Dick and Margaret Wylie. He had six brothers and three sisters, named John, William, James, Samuel D., Wiley, Archibald, Nancy, Mary Eveline and Margaret. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 55 in August 1867 in Casey County?, Kentucky.1 General Notes
