Susannah Dykes 
Susannah was born in 1818 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Susannah's father was John Netherland Dykes and her mother was Susannah Robertson. Her paternal grandparents were William Dykes and Susannah Lankford. She had seven brothers and a sister, named Joseph, William, Henry, James, John Netherland, Thomas, Isham and Mary. She was the second youngest of the nine children.-
