John Thomas Stocker 
John Thomas was born in 1771 in Plains, Luzerne Co, PA. John Thomas' father was Adam Stocker and his mother was Maria Magdalena Beisel. His paternal grandparents were Michael Stocker and Anna Margaretha Stephan. He had six brothers and three sisters, named John Peter, John Michael, John Adam, Leonard, George, John Jacob, Eva Margaretha, Elizabeth and Eva Catherine. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 84 on July 7th, 1855 in Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne Co, PA.General Notes
John was a farmer. He is buried in the Old Saylor Burial Grounds.
