Annie May Thomasson 
Annie May was born in 1878 in Mecklenburg County, NC.1 Annie May's father was John Barnett Thomasson and her mother was Mary Ann Sims. Her paternal grandparents were David Turner Thomasson and Mary Jane Barnett; her maternal grandparents were James Anderson Sims and Isabella Deweese. She had three brothers and five sisters, named James T., Daniel Penick, John Oehlar, Emma Reeta, Mary Isabella, Bettie Jane, Margaret Sarah Octavia and Frances Elizabeth. She was the youngest of the nine children. She died before 1880 in youth.1 General Notes
