On the 1870 Randolph County census, it lists "J. H. Kincaid", b. 1855, TN
as son of Susannah and J. W. Collier. A box is checked as him being
Dumb, Blind, Insane or Idiot.
His name was spelled Kingcade mo st of the time.
This marriage would be double related to Louise Kincade. Geor ge "Henry"
Kincade was the son of James Perry Kincade and Susannah Runnion, L ouise's
great grandparents. Mary E. Noblin was daughter to Cullen Noblin,
Louise's great Uncle.
George is listed in the 1880 census, Roanoke Twp, as fol lows: Henry
Kingcade, 25, married, farmer, TN/TN/TN; Mary E., 24, wife, keep ing
house, MO/TN/TN; Martha S., 1, dau, AR/TN/MO. George is living next door
to his in-laws, Cullen Noblin family.
