Eleanor Crawford 
Eleanor was born on October 2nd, 1808.1 Eleanor's father was John Crawford and her mother was Margaret Buchanan. Her paternal grandparents were William Crawford and Rachel Sawyers; her maternal grandparents were Andrew Buchanan and Johanna Hays. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Hays, William D, James, Andrew Alexander, Naomi, Rachel Sawyers, Nancy and Joanna. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 89 on August 25th, 1898 in Prairie Grove Cemetery, Washington, Arkansas.1 General Notes
