Joan FitzAlan 
Joan was born in 1375 in of Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, England.1 Joan's father was Richard FitzAlan III Earl of Arundel and her mother was Elizabeth de Bohun. Her paternal grandparents were Richard FitzAlan II Earl of Arundel and Alianor Plantagenet; her maternal grandparents were William de Bohun Earl of Northampton and Elizabeth de Badlesmere. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Richard, William, Thomas, Elizabeth, Margaret and Alice. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 60 on November 14th, 1435 in Black Friars, Herefordshire, England.2 General Notes
