Mark Walter was born on May 25th, 1828.1 Mark Walter's father was John Ventle Shealy and his mother was Eva Margaret Sease. His maternal grandparents were John Mark Suss\Seas\Sease and Nancy Shirer. He had seven brothers and a sister, named Levi, Henry, Daniel, Solomon, Wiley, Joshua, Amos O. and Susanna. He died at the age of 91 on April 1st, 1920. He was buried in Leesville Cemetery, Leesville, South Carolina.1 1 -
