Henry was born in 1821 in In or Nr Chapin, SC.1 Henry's father was John Ventle Shealy and his mother was Eva Margaret Sease. His maternal grandparents were John Mark Suss\Seas\Sease and Nancy Shirer. He had seven brothers and a sister, named Levi, Daniel, Solomon, Wiley, Mark Walter, Joshua, Amos O. and Susanna. He died about 1825 in In or Nr Chapin, SC. He was buried about 1825 in J.V. Shealy Cem, now under Lake Murray.1 1 -
