Louise Angella was born on July 26th, 1914.1 Louise Angella's father was Rufus Shealy and her mother was Rosabelle Mae Sease. Her maternal grandparents were James Hammond Sease and Atline Haddena (Dessie) Epting. She had nine brothers and three sisters, named David Sease, Rufus Benson, James Winford, Gerald Owens (Jack), Jacob Leonard, Leon Frederick, Phillip Eugene, Carey Cyril, Doyle Eargle, Florence, Infant Girl and Christine Mae.-
