Jacob Leonard Shealy 
Jacob Leonard was born on March 25th, 1917 in Little Mountain, South Carolina.1 Jacob Leonard's father was Rufus Shealy and his mother was Rosabelle Mae Sease. His maternal grandparents were James Hammond Sease and Atline Haddena (Dessie) Epting. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named David Sease, Rufus Benson, James Winford, Gerald Owens (Jack), Leon Frederick, Phillip Eugene, Carey Cyril, Doyle Eargle, Florence, Louise Angella, Infant Girl and Christine Mae. He died at the age of 78 on January 4th, 1996. He was buried on January 6th, 1996 in Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church Cemetery, Little Mountain, SC.1 1 General Notes

Mr. Shealy died Thursday, Jan. 4, 1996. Born in Little Mountain, he was
a son of the late Rufus B. and Rosa Belle Sease Shealy.
Surviving: wife, Myrtle Keisler Shealy; a son, Jacob Shealy Jr. of
Little Mountain; a daughter, Eloise Miller of Little Mountain; sisters,
Florence Wheeler of Little Mountain, Louise Bedenbaugh of Prosperity,
Christine Metts of Columbia; and brothers, David and Doyle Shealy, both
of Richmond, Va., Benson Shealy of Gilbert, Leon Shealy of Little
Mountain and Carey Shealy of Summerton.
