Clara Elberta Metze 
Clara Elberta was born on April 21st, 1906.1 Clara Elberta's father was John Quincy Metze and her mother was Bessie Agnes Lindler. Her maternal grandparents were James Westley Lindler and Jane C. Boland. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Harold Eugene, John Calvin, Elliott Ray, Elliott Ray, James Elbert, Mattie Enoree and Ola Mae. She was the oldest of the eight children. She had two half-sisters named Lori Genivia and Olive.-
