James Willis Fulmer 
James Willis was born on February 23rd, 1857.1 James Willis' father was John Adam Fulmer and his mother was Margaret Eve Summer. His maternal grandparents were William Summer and Catherine Elizabeth Fulmer. He had three brothers and eight sisters, named William Franklin, John Adam, George M., Eugenia Frances, Missouri Cummings, Nancy Ella, Alice L. (Sallie), Emma Cothern, Mattie Marcilla, Mary Elizabeth and Mary Ann (Polly). He was the third youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 76 on July 11th, 1933 in Saluda, Saluda County, South Carolina. He was buried in Saluda, Saluda County, South Carolina.1 1 -
