William Franklin Fulmer

William Franklin was born in 1845 in "The Dutch Fork",  South Carolina.¹   William Franklin's father was John Adam Fulmer. He had three brothers and eight sisters, named John Adam, George M., James Willis, Eugenia Frances, Missouri Cummings, Nancy Ella, Alice L. (Sallie), Emma Cothern, Mattie Marcilla, Mary Elizabeth and Mary Ann (Polly).  He was the second oldest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 19 on July 10th, 1864 in CSA.  He was buried in Richmond, Virginia.^1 1
