William Patrick was born on August 22nd, 1908.1 William Patrick's father was Cephas Freddie Boland and his mother was Lillie Chapman. His paternal grandparents were Patrick Boland and Frances Texanna Frick. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Webster Leroy, Jacob Cephas (Jake), Milton Freddie, Mary Louise and Frances Inez.
