Frances Inez Boland 
Frances Inez was born on February 1st, 1920.1 Frances Inez's father was Cephas Freddie Boland and her mother was Lillie Chapman. Her paternal grandparents were Patrick Boland and Frances Texanna Frick. She had four brothers and a sister, named William Patrick, Webster Leroy, Jacob Cephas (Jake), Milton Freddie and Mary Louise. She was the youngest of the six children.-
