Webster Leroy Boland 
Webster Leroy was born on December 15th, 1909 in Little Mountain, South Carolina.1 Webster Leroy's father was Cephas Freddie Boland and his mother was Lillie Chapman. His paternal grandparents were Patrick Boland and Frances Texanna Frick. He had three brothers and two sisters, named William Patrick, Jacob Cephas (Jake), Milton Freddie, Mary Louise and Frances Inez. He was the second oldest of the six children.General Notes
