Nettie Alice Boland 
Nettie Alice was born on May 31st, 1877 in Little Mountain, South Carolina.1 Nettie Alice's father was Abraham Noah Boland and her mother was Martha A. Miller. Her paternal grandparents were Middleton Boland and Anna Barbara Frick. She had four brothers and eight sisters, named David Walter, Ernest, Herbert Antine, Henry Cecil, Essie Ellen, Lula Beatress, Leila Mae, Blanche, Anna Elizabeth, Winnie Maude, Gertrude Miller and Ninaleigh. She was the third oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 87 on January 11th, 1965. She was buried in Rosemont Cemetery, Newberry, South Carolina.1 1 -
