Her paternal grandparents were John Benton and Miss DeWitt. She had two brothers and two sisters, named William Oliver, Baynard Benjamin, Rosa Alice and Sarah L.. She had a half-brother and five half-sisters, named Henry M., Sintha E., Elinor Naomi, Martha L., Jane A. S. and Elvira. She died at the age of 80 on August 10th, 1953 in Charleston, SC.1 -
