Lewis Howard was born on November 12th, 1932 in Pitt's Bottom (now Innsbrook area), Henrico Co., VA. Lewis Howard's father was Melvin Lewis Stanley and his mother was Maggie May Seay. His paternal grandparents were John A. Stanley and Elvira Elizabeth Stanley; his maternal grandparents were Simon Seay and Emma Jane Alley. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Lee Andrew, Ernest Benjamin, Jane Elizabeth, Mary Pauline and Living. He died due to Heart/Stroke at the age of 59 on October 11th, 1992 in Henrico Doctor's Hospital, Henrico Co., VA. He was buried in Greenwood Cemetary, Goochland, VA.-
