Maggie May Seay

Maggie May was born on August 22nd, 1899 in Gayton, Henrico County, Virginia.  Maggie May's father was Simon Seay and her mother was Emma Jane Alley.  Her paternal grandparents were Joseph C. Seay and Jennie C. ?; her maternal grandparents were Henry Alley and Josephine Westly. She had a brother and three sisters, named Walter, Alberta, Mattie and Grace. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Columbus, Peter, May and Daisy.  She died  due to intest. cancer at the age of 71 on March 14th, 1971 in Sheltering Arms Hospital, Richmond, Virginia.  She was buried in Shady Grove Methodist Church, Henrico Co., Virginia.
