Emma Jane Alley

Emma Jane was born in 1878 in Henrico Co., Virginia.¹   Emma Jane's father was Henry Alley and her mother was Josephine Westly.  Her paternal grandparents were Robert Alley and Martha A. Whitlock. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named William H., Howard, Columbus, Luella, Suanna, Isabella, Anne, Gertrude, Dora E. and Hallie.  She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children.
