William H. Alley

William H. was born in 1866 in Henrico Co., Virginia.  William H.'s father was Henry Alley and his mother was Josephine Westly.  His paternal grandparents were Robert Alley and Martha A. Whitlock. He had two brothers and eight sisters, named Howard, Columbus, Luella, Suanna, Isabella, Anne, Gertrude, Dora E., Emma Jane and Hallie.  He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children.
