Howard Alley

Howard was born in February 1880.  Howard's father was Henry Alley and his mother was Josephine Westly.  His paternal grandparents were Robert Alley and Martha A. Whitlock. He had two brothers and eight sisters, named William H., Columbus, Luella, Suanna, Isabella, Anne, Gertrude, Dora E., Emma Jane and Hallie.  He was the third youngest of the eleven children.
