W. C. Ruffin

W. C. was born in 1921. W. C.'s father was Willis Cleveland Ruffin and his mother was Willie Emma Brown. His paternal grandparents were Henry James Ruffin and Winnie Virginia Jinks. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Cecil Cox, Kenneth Carlton, Parnell Ray, Thurman Tilton, Earl Lee, Howard Allen, Myrtle Mae, Eva Juanita and Sybil Fay. He died at the age of 75 in 1996.
