Sybil Fay Ruffin

Sybil Fay was born in 1924. Sybil Fay's father was Willis Cleveland Ruffin and her mother was Willie Emma Brown. Her paternal grandparents were Henry James Ruffin and Winnie Virginia Jinks. She had seven brothers and two sisters, named Cecil Cox, Kenneth Carlton, Parnell Ray, W. C., Thurman Tilton, Earl Lee, Howard Allen, Myrtle Mae and Eva Juanita. She died at the age of 63 in 1987.
