Parnell Ray Ruffin

Parnell Ray was born in 1918. Parnell Ray's father was Willis Cleveland Ruffin and his mother was Willie Emma Brown. His paternal grandparents were Henry James Ruffin and Winnie Virginia Jinks. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Cecil Cox, Kenneth Carlton, W. C., Thurman Tilton, Earl Lee, Howard Allen, Myrtle Mae, Eva Juanita and Sybil Fay. He died at the age of 66 in 1984.
