Cecil Cox Ruffin

Cecil Cox was born in 1908. Cecil Cox's father was Willis Cleveland Ruffin and his mother was Willie Emma Brown. His paternal grandparents were Henry James Ruffin and Winnie Virginia Jinks. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Kenneth Carlton, Parnell Ray, W. C., Thurman Tilton, Earl Lee, Howard Allen, Myrtle Mae, Eva Juanita and Sybil Fay. He died at the age of 81 in 1989.
