Willis Cleveland Ruffin

Willis Cleveland was born in 1884. Willis Cleveland's father was Henry James Ruffin and his mother was Winnie Virginia Jinks. His paternal grandparents were James Johnson Ruffin and Sarah Averett. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Elam C., George Tolliver, Allen Tilton, William Harrison, Rupert Avery, James T., Claude R., Martha Elizabeth and Sallie L.. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 75 in 1959.
