Susannah Pleasants 
Susannah was born about 1739. Susannah's father was John Cocke Pleasants and her mother was Susanna Woodson. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Pleasants and Sarah Goode; her maternal grandparents were Tarleton Woodson and Ursula Fleming. She had six brothers and a sister, named Matthew, Archibald, Joseph, James, Tarleton, John and Ursula. She was the second oldest of the eight children.-
