John Woodson 
John was born in 1658 in Varina Parish, Henrico county, VA. John's father was Robert Woodson and his mother was Elizabeth Ferris. His paternal grandparents were John Woodson and Sarah Winston?; his maternal grandparents were Richard Ferris and Sarah Hambleton. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Robert, Richard, Joseph, Benjamin, Sarah, Elizabeth, Judith and Mary. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 58 in 1716 in Henrico county, VA.-
