Willie Walter Payne

Willie Walter was born on August 28th, 1863. Willie Walter's father was William James Payne and his mother was Elizabeth Virginia Jones. His paternal grandparents were William Payne and Maria Calais Allegre; his maternal grandparents were James T. Jones and Sarah Richardson. He had two brothers and a sister, named Sarah Maria, Frank Watson and Mary Ella. He was the youngest of the four children. He had six half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Thomas Lloyd, James Marvin, William Edward, Walter Bernard, Roy Flanagan, Richard Marion, Laura F. and Vara Crank. He died at 9 months old on June 27th, 1864.
