Frank Watson Payne

Frank Watson was born on August 10th, 1861. Frank Watson's father was William James Payne and his mother was Elizabeth Virginia Jones. His paternal grandparents were William Payne and Maria Calais Allegre; his maternal grandparents were James T. Jones and Sarah Richardson. He had two brothers and a sister, named Sarah Maria, Willie Walter and Mary Ella. He was the second youngest of the four children. He had six half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Thomas Lloyd, James Marvin, William Edward, Walter Bernard, Roy Flanagan, Richard Marion, Laura F. and Vara Crank. He died at the age of 1 on September 9th, 1862.
