Philip M. Payne 
Philip M. was born on May 29th, 1794.1 Philip M.'s father was Phillip Payne and his mother was Elizabeth Dandridge. His paternal grandparents were John Payne and Jane Smith; his maternal grandparents were Nathaniel West Dandridge and Dorothea Spotswood. He had three brothers and ten sisters, named John Smith, Nathaniel West, Baldwin Matthews, Jane S., Elizabeth Spotswood, Mary Claiborne, Ann T., Evalina Washington, Camilla West, Elvira Henry, Louisa Woodson, Clarissa Elliott and Elizabeth Dandridge. He died at the age of 77 on April 5th, 1872.-
