Elvira Henry Payne 
Elvira Henry was born on June 2nd, 1805.1 Elvira Henry's father was Phillip Payne and her mother was Elizabeth Dandridge. Her paternal grandparents were John Payne and Jane Smith; her maternal grandparents were Nathaniel West Dandridge and Dorothea Spotswood. She had four brothers and nine sisters, named John Smith, Nathaniel West, Philip M., Baldwin Matthews, Jane S., Elizabeth Spotswood, Mary Claiborne, Ann T., Evalina Washington, Camilla West, Louisa Woodson, Clarissa Elliott and Elizabeth Dandridge. She died at the age of 1 on July 5th, 1806.1 -
