Mary Claiborne Payne 
Mary Claiborne was born on March 25th, 1792.1 Mary Claiborne's father was Phillip Payne and her mother was Elizabeth Dandridge. Her paternal grandparents were John Payne and Jane Smith; her maternal grandparents were Nathaniel West Dandridge and Dorothea Spotswood. She had four brothers and nine sisters, named John Smith, Nathaniel West, Philip M., Baldwin Matthews, Jane S., Elizabeth Spotswood, Ann T., Evalina Washington, Camilla West, Elvira Henry, Louisa Woodson, Clarissa Elliott and Elizabeth Dandridge. She died at the age of 16 on July 19th, 1808 in At 12:00 at night.1 -
