Richard Payne 
Richard was born on May 12th, 1633 in "Round Towers", Northumberland Co., VA. Richard's father was John Payne and his mother was Margaret Robbinson. His paternal grandparents were Moses Paine and Mary Benison. He had three brothers and a sister, named William, George, John and Margaret. He died after 1692 in "Cedar Hill", Westmoreland Co., VA.
