James Overton 
James was born in 1730 in Louisa Co., VA. James' father was James Overton and his mother was Elizabeth Truehart. His paternal grandparents were William Overton and Elizabeth Mary Waters. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William, Samuel, John, Mary Garland Ann, Barbara, Nancy and Elizabeth. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 86 on February 8th, 1816 in Louisa Co., VA.-
