William Overton 
William was born on December 3rd, 1638 in Easington, Yorkshire, England. William's father was Robert Overton and his mother was Ann Gardiner. His paternal grandparents were John Overton and Joanne Palmer; his maternal grandfather was Jeremy Gardiner. He had two brothers named John and Samuel. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died after September 1697 in Jamestown, James City Co., VA.-
