Mildred Pickett Marshall 
Mildred Pickett was born on December 22nd, 1823. Mildred Pickett's father was Jaquelin Ambler Marshall and her mother was Eliza Letitia Steptoe Clarkson. Her paternal grandparents were John Marshall and Mary Willis Ambler; her maternal grandparents were William Clarkson and Mildred Pickett. She had four brothers and four sisters, named William Clarkson, John, Jaquelin Ambler, William C., Mary Ambler, Eliza, Anna Maria and Ellen Harvie. She was the third oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 58 on April 10th, 1882. She was buried in April 1882 in Leeds Church, Hume, Fauquier Co., VA.-
