Paschal Walker was born on February 14th, 1849 in Madison Co., Virginia.  Paschal Walker's father was Augustine Hawkins and his mother was Matilda Wilhoit Finks. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Andrew Jackson, Alpheus Finks, Augustine, Abraham, Harriet J. House, Matilda Ann, Nancy Eve, Sarah Elizabeth and Damaris.  He was the youngest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 89 on May 17th, 1938 in Muncie, Delaware Co., Indiana.
