Thomas O. B. Carter 
Thomas O. B. was born in 1790. Thomas O. B.'s father was Landon Carter and his mother was Elizabeth Carter. His paternal grandparents were Charles Carter and Anne Byrd; his maternal grandparents were Robert Wormeley Carter and Winifred Travers Beale. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Robert Charles, St. Leger Landon, Edward, Elizabeth T., Anna Maria and Frances L.. He had three half-sisters named Mildred Ann Byrd, Lucy Landon and Sarah. He died at the age of 50 in 1840.-
