Thomas Carter 
Thomas was born on June 4th, 1672 in "Barford", Lancaster Co., VA. Thomas' father was Thomas Carter and his mother was Katherine Dale. His paternal grandparents were William Carter and Jane Myles; his maternal grandparents were Edward Dale and Diana Skipwith. He had nine brothers and three sisters, named Edward, John, Henry Skipwith, Nicholas, William, Daniel, James, Peter, Joseph, Diana, Katherine and Elizabeth. He died at the age of 61 on September 30th, 1733 in "Barford", Lancaster Co., VA.-
