Robert Hill Carter 
Robert Hill was born on June 10th, 1835. Robert Hill's father was John Coles Carter and his mother was Ellen Monroe Wayles Bankhead. His paternal grandparents were Robert Hill Carter and Mary Eliza Coles. He had a brother and a sister, named John Coles and Ann Cary. He was the second oldest of the three children. He had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Charles Edward, Blenheim, Rebecca Isaette, Ellen Bankhead, Shirley and Sarah Coles Stevenson. He died at the age of 19 in 1854.-
