Fannie Louise Carter 
Fannie Louise was born on September 15th, 1931. Fannie Louise's father was Willie Henry Carter and her mother was Susie Mildred Butler. Her paternal grandparents were Herbert Joseph Madison Carter and Alice Virginia Marks; her maternal grandparents were George Kelly Butler and Frances Elizabeth Harlow. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Willie Daniel, Curtis Henry, Living, Dorothy Lorene, Living and Living. She died at the age of 41 on February 26th, 1973. She was buried on February 28th, 1973 in Hillcrest Cemetary, Louisa, VA.-
